Changing the pictures in the forum

Some comrades told me the picture on the top of the home page is too big, so i make some pruposes to change it. There is also a problem, i wrote "eguality" and not "equality"...

How you find it ?

Other question : some comrades find the pictures in front of each forum and discussion are too big too. What you prefer : no pictures ? or simple pictures (for instance black/red stars for showing if there are new posts or not ?

2) Other proposition for the top of the page :

Comrade, where can I find these photos online? We are working on a website for U.S. supporters of the IFC, and would like to include some of them.
